AGENTIFY

Privacy policy

How this website, agentify.software, handles your data. Last updated 30 October 2026.

Who we are

This website is operated by SoulfulAI OÜ (registry code 16571650), registered in Estonia; full company details are on the legal notice page. For any privacy question or request, write to [email protected].

This policy covers agentify.software only. Our other sites, soulful-ai.org and instachat.cc, carry their own policies, which apply there.

If you just read the site

You can browse every page without telling us who you are. Like any website, our servers and our hosting provider see the technical side of each request (your IP address, the page asked for, browser details) in order to deliver the page and keep the service secure. The site's fonts are served by this site itself, not fetched from a third-party font service, and Google's advertising tag, described next, is loaded only if you accept it on the consent bar. Until you do, reading this site sends nothing to Google.

Advertising measurement, and the consent bar

We advertise Agentify through Google Ads and use Google's tag (Google Ads tag AW-18500158228) to measure whether those ads lead to demo requests — only with your consent. Until you press Accept on the consent bar, the tag is not loaded at all: your browser does not contact Google, and no advertising cookies are set. If you press Accept, the tag loads, and Google may set cookies and use data for ad measurement, personalized ads and analytics, as the bar says. If you press Decline, the tag is not loaded either. Your choice is kept in your browser (local storage key agentify-consent) so the bar does not reappear.

You can change your choice at any time: (the same control sits in the footer of every page) reopens the consent bar. If you withdraw your consent, the tag is not loaded on your next page views, a tag already running on the current page is told to stop storing data, and the campaign and checkout entries described below are removed from your browser.

When a demo request is confirmed as saved and you have accepted on the consent bar, the page reports one conversion event to Google Ads. That event does not include your name, email or message. Without your consent, no conversion is reported.

Campaign tags and checkout links

If you arrive through a link with campaign tags (utm_…), the site keeps those tags, and nothing else, in page memory for the current page view, so the visit can be credited to the campaign. They are written to your browser only after you press Accept on the consent bar: the tags then go to session storage (key soulfulai:campaign:v1:…; it belongs to the one tab and is cleared when the tab closes), and the first tagged landing together with a randomly generated visitor code goes to local storage (keys agentify:checkout:first-touch:v1 and agentify:checkout:visitor:v1). The code is random, not derived from your identity, and is used for nothing except the next sentence. When you open a checkout link, the campaign tags, and after Accept that code, are attached to the link as a client reference, so that a purchase can be credited to the campaign that led to it. Checkout itself runs on Stripe's own pages under Stripe's privacy policy; we never see your card details.

If you send the demo form

The «Book a demo» form asks for your name, work email and a short description of what you want to automate. When you press send, your enquiry is saved by our own intake service (api at brain.intch.cc), together with the address of the page you sent it from, the campaign tags described above, and your consent-bar choice. The enquiry goes to our own service only; no third-party form service receives it. While a send is being retried after a network hiccup, your form entry is held in this tab's session storage (key soulfulai:lead-intent:v1:…) so it is not lost; once the send is accepted, the saved copy of your details is discarded.

We use what you send only to reply to you and to follow up on your request. Write to [email protected] to have an enquiry corrected or deleted.

If you chat with the assistant

The chat bubble in the corner talks to our own API (brain.intch.cc). To keep one conversation together across page loads, the site stores a randomly generated visitor id in your browser (local storage key sai_visitor_v1). It is not derived from your identity and we do not use it to track you anywhere else. Your messages are sent through our API to a language model to generate replies: we use OpenRouter as our model gateway, and the model provider it routes these chats to is Novita by default; if Novita is unavailable, OpenRouter may route them to another provider of the same model. The conversation's memory is kept on our side. The chat panel has a control to delete that memory, and clearing your browser's site data removes the visitor id. Guest chat is rate-limited per network address to prevent abuse.

What stays in your browser

Everything the site keeps on your device, and nothing else:

  • agentify-consent (local storage): your Accept/Decline choice on the consent bar.
  • sai_visitor_v1 (local storage): the random chat visitor id described above.
  • siteView (local storage): whether you flipped the Human/Agent view toggle.
  • agentify:checkout:first-touch:v1 and agentify:checkout:visitor:v1 (local storage): the first tagged landing and the random checkout reference code described above. Written only after you press Accept on the consent bar.
  • soulfulai:campaign:v1:… (session storage, this tab only): the campaign tags of the latest tagged link you arrived through. Written only after you press Accept on the consent bar.
  • soulfulai:lead-intent:v1:… (session storage, this tab only): your form entry while a send is being retried. Once the send is accepted, the saved copy of your details is discarded.
  • Cookies and similar identifiers set by Google's tag, only after you press Accept on the consent bar.

Why we may use your data, and for how long

  • Form enquiries: we process them to take the steps you ask for before any contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). The name, email and message you sent to our intake service are deleted automatically 180 days after submission, and earlier on request.
  • Chat and its memory: processed to provide the conversation you asked for (art. 6(1)(b)). The memory is deleted when you use the chat's Forget control, and expires by itself 90 days after your last message.
  • Advertising measurement: Google's tag is loaded, and Google may set cookies and use data, only with your consent (art. 6(1)(a)), given on the consent bar and withdrawable at any time through «Cookie settings», as described above.
  • Campaign and checkout attribution: stored in your browser only with your consent (art. 6(1)(a)), given on the same consent bar. The tags and the checkout code live only in your browser, as described above, until you withdraw your consent or clear the site's data (the session storage part goes when the tab closes). Without consent, the tags in the link you arrived through are used only for that page view and attached to a demo request or checkout link you send or open, based on our legitimate interest in knowing which campaign brought an enquiry (art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Request logs, security and rate limiting: our legitimate interest in running a secure site and preventing abuse (art. 6(1)(f)). Logs are kept for a short period for security and debugging, then discarded; rate-limit counters store only a digest of your network address and expire with their time window.

Third parties, and where data may travel

  • Cloudflare: hosts and serves the site, and also carries the form and chat traffic between your browser and our API at brain.intch.cc, so as our network provider it sees the technical request data described above.
  • Google: serves the advertising tag, and receives the conversion events and the ad-measurement data described above — all of this only after you accept on the consent bar; before that, nothing on this site contacts Google.
  • Stripe: processes the payment when you open a checkout link and buy, including the campaign reference attached to the link.
  • OpenRouter and Novita: receive chat messages, as described above, only to generate the assistant's replies; if Novita is unavailable, OpenRouter may route them to another provider of the same model.

These providers may process data outside the EEA. Where they do, the transfer rests on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict or stop a particular use or object to our use based on legitimate interest, withdraw a consent you gave at any time, and ask for your data in a portable form. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.

Changes

If we change how this site handles data, we update this page and the date at the top in the same change.
