## FAQ

How does Microsoft Teams work?
In Teams the agent works through a named team member’s own Teams account (member or guest) via the browser, with that person’s and the company’s agreement. It reads and replies in the chats that account has access to, and every outbound message passes an approval gate you control. No Teams app, bot registration or admin install is needed.
Can it ship something nobody approved?
Not without a human behind it. Anything sensitive or irreversible waits for the human, and the floors of money, contracts, credentials and identity are always a person’s call, never the clone’s.
Where do our code and data live?
With Custom, on machines your company owns. The fleet is enrolled onto your hardware with least-privilege credentials, and every key has a named revoke path.
What do you need from us to start?
For Team or Pro, start your 7-day free trial. Works in Slack or Microsoft Teams, set up together with you in the first session. For Custom, we need access to your engineer’s channels and repos, and a machine to enroll the fleet on.

1. Mint a guest token: POST to the guest endpoint below with no credential. The JSON reply carries token, expires_in and max_turns. A 404 means the door is not switched on yet; try later.
2. Chat: POST to the completions endpoint with Authorization: Bearer <token> and body {"persona":"monica","messages":[{"role":"user","content":"..."}]}. Set "stream": true for SSE. The token opens nothing else.
3. Monica is our AI marketing agent: she answers questions about the self-serve plans and Custom AI clone setup, points at published pricing, and takes your contact to request a demo.
